Megan Evans joined FVF Law Firm – Injury & Wrongful Death Lawyers in late 2022. She is a passionate advocate that strives to make the personal injury claim process as simple as possible.  She focuses on helping her clients feel comfortable, supported, and empowered.  Her clients appreciate her effective communication, efficiency, strategy, and attention to detail.

Megan’s mother taught her to always fight for what you believe in, and never lose sight of who you are and what you stand for.  This lesson serves as a guiding light in Megan’s role as an attorney.

Prior to pursuing law, Megan received a degree in adverting from the University of Texas. She worked as an Executive Team Leader at Target, followed by a Program Manager with Alliance Abroad Group.  After several years working in advertising, Megan made the decision to attend law school at South College of Law in Houston, Texas.

As a law school student and after, Megan assisted low-income and undocumented workers recover unpaid wages, assisted persons with disabilities to find representation within the legal system, and helped people in the Houston community by working in the South Texas College of Law Family Clinic. Megan obtained certification as a Mediator from the state of Texas while working in the South Texas College of Law Mediation Clinic and worked to settle disputes involving employment, landlord-tenant disputes, and debt collection.

Prior to joining FVF Law, Megan worked as an employment attorney and a personal injury lawyer in Austin with a local law firm for eight years.  Megan truly enjoys being a lawyer and is proud of the work she does for her clients.

Megan is originally from the Houston area and has lived and worked in the greater Austin area since 2003.  When Megan is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and pets, reading, watching some Netflix, taking a spin or yoga class, or working on a crafting project.

Megan is supported by FVF Paralegal, Maggie Ayala.
