Hope Guardia-Montaño

Attorney

Hope joined FVF Law Firm – Injury & Wrongful Death Lawyers in 2018. In 2020, she helped us up open an FVF office in Orlando, Florida and she continues to oversee that location. Hope works with both Florida and Texas personal injury clients. Hope handles both pre-litigation and litigation cases. Her prior adjuster experience allows her to analyze cases through multiple lenses and present her clients with an adept analysis of their case.

In 2009, Hope moved to Austin from her home state of Florida. Before becoming an attorney, she worked as a Personal Injury Paralegal and an Insurance Adjuster. After a brief stint in New Orleans to attend law school, Hope returned to Austin. In 2020, the Sunshine State called her back home, and she relocated to Orlando, Florida.

Although Hope has returned to her native Florida, a part of her heart will always be “Texas forever.”

She considers herself privileged to have called Texas her home for the majority of her adult life, and recognizes how much the State and its people contributed to making her the person and attorney she is today.

Hope lives in the Lake Nona community of Orlando, Florida with her husband, two rescue cats, and two rescue dogs. An avid fan of the House of Mouse, during her off time, you can find Hope at one of Orlando’s many theme parks or a nearby beach.

Hope is supported by FVF Paralegal, Jassell Maciel.
