Claire has focused her law practice on Plaintiff’s personal injury in Austin. Claire came to FVF Law Firm – Injury & Wrongful Death Lawyers with impressive trial experience and exceptional customer care when she joined the team in mid-2022.

Claire was born and raised in Abilene, Texas. She is a very proud graduate of Texas A&M University, Fightin’ Texas Aggie Class of 2011. During law school, Claire was selected for an internship with the Mexican American Legal Defense and Education Fund, where she got the opportunity to work with renowned voting rights attorneys and equal education advocates. Claire also volunteered at the St. Mary’s Center for Legal Justice, where she got the opportunity to assist low-income clients with pro bono legal services.

Claire has a true passion for helping those who need it most. Named a Super Lawyers® Rising Star in 2022, Claire is driven to get the best results and give the best service to each and every one of her clients.

Claire is a Texas native who moved to Austin for the music, the people, and the lake. Claire and her wife, Tiffany, are the very proud mommas of little toddler girl who has quickly become their favorite outdoor adventure and camping partner. Claire also has a long-haired dachshund who could not be happier that Claire gets to work remotely.
