About Joshua A. Fogelman

A founding partner of FVF, LLP. As a personal injury and car accident attorney, he represents victims throughout Austin, Texas, also handling legal matters such as the following:

  • Commercial Disputes
  • Fraud
  • Contract Disputes
  • Deceptive Trade Practices

Before opening his own practice, Joshua studied at the University of Texas and Baylor University. He also worked as a clerk under Justice Harriet O’Neill of the Texas Supreme Court. He earned insight and experience into appellate law, which he now uses when representing his clients in trial.

Josh has been included in the Super Lawyers® Rising Stars list, named as a Top 40 Under 40 by the National Trial Lawyers, and earned membership into the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum®. He currently belongs to the State Bar of Texas and the Capital Area Trial Lawyers Association.

About Aaron Von Flatern

An insurance adjuster. He understands the unfair tactics and traps insurance companies and corporations use to keep victims from seeking out justice. He prides himself on being able to assist these individuals and protect their compensation.

Aaron graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and Baylor University, where he was in the Order of the Barristers honor society and first-chaired his first jury trial. He is a founding partner at FVF, LLP and a member of the Capital Area Trial Lawyers Association and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association. Recently, Aaron settled a case for more than a million dollars, earning membership in the Million Dollar Advocates Forum®.
