HAAM Day 2025

Dog of the Month 2025 Calendar
IT’S HAAM MONTH! If you know FVF, you know we love HAAM. Seeing as the HAAM Day Music Festival is this month, it’s only fitting they are our September pup. Bluebell eagerly awaits your support! If we’re going to keep Austin, Austin, we MUST protect our musicians. The Health Alliance for Austin Musicians provides access to affordable healthcare for the artists who make Austin the Live Music Capital of the World.
We’ve included a giving component with our calendar this year! We matched up to $5000 in donations to the HAAM this year.
HAAM's 2025 Corporate Battle of the Bands
What an incredible night of music, dancing, laughter, and giving! Thank you so much to everyone who contributed last night to keeping music alive and well in Austin! The evening raised nearly $280,000, allowing HAAM to leverage those dollars into over $1.9 million in direct healthcare services for the more than 3,200 area musicians it serves annually. Can’t wait to beat that amount next year!

No matter which venue you may have been at, you heard story after story of how HAAM has helped change the lives of our Austin musicians. This work matters, and HAAM Day was the perfect reminder of why. Thank you so much to all those who volunteered or donated! You made a difference. We couldn’t be prouder to be HAAMbassadors!
HAAM Day Preview
We love being on We Are Austin to promote HAAM! We spent the morning with Trevor Scott, joined by Rikki Hardy from HAAM, and Noella Grey from Noella Grey and the Imaginary Band to talk all about what to look forward to this year! This annual fundraiser for HAAM is one of our favorite days of the year! With over 200+ performances all over Austin, there really is something for everyone.

HAAM Day 2020
There were a lot of things we missed in 2020 and live music is definitely at the top of that list. But the absence of live shows made the work HAAM does all the time even more important. It may have looked a little different than past years, but the first virtual HAAM Day was a success. (Music cred: Superfonicos)
Ray Benson's 2020 Birthday Bash
Ray Benson’s 2020 Birthday was one of our first in-person event COVID-19 casualties. But HAAM wasn’t going to let a little global pandemic get in the way of celebrating 50 years of Asleep at the Wheel! They moved the party online and we’re happy to say that it was just as fun and rewarding!
