Making a Difference Conference

The 2021 LEAD Counsel Making a Different Conference focused upon the importance of effective communication. We were so grateful to be able to sponsor the workshop, which introduced tools and techniques from Reflective Structured Dialogue (RSD) that can open conversation, even on the most "third-rail" issues. Originating in the US in 1989, RSD is now used across the country and around the world to help divided people talk and listen in new ways.

The high-stakes tournament stands out for its significant cash prize award of $5,000 to the competition winner and challenging real-world writing problem adapted from actual case files.
