Austin Humane Society (AHS)

Austin Humane Society is the longest standing no-kill shelter in Austin and opens its doors to over 11,000 vulnerable animals in desperate need of care, love, and support each year. FVF is proud to support the work AHS does to help provide shelter, medical care, and forever home for homeless cats and dogs in our community.

Rags to Wags Gala

It’s not everyday you get to dress up for a gala and also take pictures with the most adorable puppies and kittens! What a lovely event, and so much money was raised for the humane society!

Team Day of Service

We got most of the gang together for an amazing service day. We learned more about the work that AHS does and helped clean and organize the shelter. Some of the team even mastered new doggy culinary art skills with the purrrfect kong sundae.

2022 Dog Calendar Featuring AHS Dogs

We decided to give our own dogs a break and thought it would be a great time to showcase shelter dogs at one of our favorite nonprofits! We love building relationships with the owners who adopt them.

Austin Humane Society helped fill the volunteer hole in our socially distant hearts with a fun trivia night! We laughed, we competed, and we learned more about the amazing work AHS continues do in these uncertain times.

2019 Fundraiser and Match Campaign

We partnered with the Austin Humane Society to take our 2020 Dogs of FVF Calendar to the next level. We matched donations to AHS (up to 10K) in December 2019 and every donor received a copy of our beloved dog calendar.
