FVF Law is a values driven law firm.
Tiffany Walker-Killip joined FVF in early 2019. Tiffany is a native Texan and is thrilled to once again call Texas home after spending the eight years in New Orleans, Louisiana. Tiffany spent the first four years of her New Orleans residency as a member and captain of the Loyola University of New Orleans Women’s Volleyball team. Not quite ready to part ways with New Orleans, Tiffany continued her studies at Loyola University of New Orleans’ College of Law. During her time at Loyola, Tiffany served as a member of Loyola’s Black Law Students Association.
As a law student, Tiffany clerked for The Honorable Head Administrative Judge Susan Brown in Houston’s 185th Criminal District Court. During her clerkship, Tiffany gained invaluable knowledge, experience, and research skills, assisting Judge Brown in reviewing briefs and writing opinions. Perhaps most notably, Tiffany was an integral part of the City of Houston receiving the National MacArthur Foundation’s Centre for Health and Social Justice Grant. Tiffany assisted in drafting the MacArthur grant application language and helped develop and implement strategies for allocating the grant money in creative ways to address and eradicate racial inequality in Harris County jails.
At the conclusion of her clerkship, Tiffany served as a law clerk in various New Orleans firms, learning a wide variety of practice areas, including personal injury, construction litigation, medical malpractice, and flood and toxic mold liability.
Tiffany resides in Houston, Texas with her husband Patrick and their son Price. In her (not so) free time, Tiffany enjoys every second of being a new mom and wife. Her hobbies these days include taking pictures of every cute thing her son does, and shopping for home décor. She is enjoying being back in Houston near her family (and all of the free babysitting).
