Client Experience Manager
Caitlyn joined FVF as the Client Success Manager in mid-2018 and handles the firm’s marketing, community outreach, and operational support. She strives to not be the reason someone else has a bad day and really responds to FVF’s ‘People First’ approach to customer service. She has a Sociology degree from UT and a Masters in Exercise Science from Oakland University. (Michigan, not California.)
In her time outside the office, Caitlyn enjoys being a member of the best book club in Austin, teaching fitness classes, karaoke, and binge watching the latest Netflix must-see. She has a very distinct laugh that doubles as a Caitlyn location device.
