Miranda Grummons is our Litigation Associate. She boasts an impressive amount of trial experience for a young attorney due to her outstanding ambition and drive. Originally hailing from Magnolia, Texas, Miranda attended the University of Texas at Austin before going on to pursue her passion at Texas Tech University’s School of Law. There, she competed on a national moot court team, wrote for Administrative Law Journal, and earned the high honor of membership into the school’s Board of Barristers.
Emily manages the firm’s litigation docket, tracking the flow of the cases and ensuring deadlines are met. She enjoys the discovery process and learning what makes each case unique. Being able to assist and reassure clients that they are in good hands is the best part of the job for Emily. Born in Corpus Christi, Emily is no stranger to the rod and reel. With her father being the nightly outdoor sports reporter, she spent many days on the bay. From Corpus to Austin, Los Angeles to Houston, Nashville and back to Austin, Emily has experienced a colorful life with many unexpected opportunities. Landing in the legal field is one of them.
Scott Butler, a native of Austin and UT grad, brings a wide range of experience to his role as Case Manager. Handling our pre-litigation services, he acts as a project manager for each case, organizing and compiling all necessary documentation to serve the client’s best interest. As a long-time Editor at a variety of digital publishers, Scott honed his organizational skills and ability to multi-task on large administrative projects. Scott also brings a long history of customer service to the role, and is happy to be a primary point of contact for clients as they organize their case. In his spare time, Scott can be found chronicling the Austin sunrise each morning from Zilker’s Lou Neff point.
Jennifer Estrada-Rodriguez is our Office Manager and a native Austinite. Her years as an administrator for the University of Texas have equipped her to oversee the flow of our office with excellence and to provide our personnel with dependable support. Jennifer is frequently our first point of contact for clients. She excels at client service, having spent nearly 15 years at University Federal Credit Union working with their members. In her spare time, you can find Jennifer at boot camp or hanging with her three kids, who are active in lacrosse, softball, and baseball.
